Happy spooky season! 🎃
Last night I was inviting to this fall market with some friends where you bring 10 items and take home 10 items. Everyone is so talented, I wanted EVERYTHING! Of course, I brought some of my Halloween sticker countdowns, and I also framed this illustration of the Owens’ house from Practical Magic.
A few of us went to see Practical Magic 2 last week, so it felt especially fitting to illustrate the dreamy, asymmetrical house sitting right on the water on the East Coast.
Practical Magic is a Halloween classic to me, I love the sisterhood theme. I’ve read the books too, and I love them! 🖤

What an evening to remember! I’m lucky Tanner is such an awesome sport and nerded out with me. I even got him to read the books, and surprise, he loves them too. Every detail was so creative, thoughtful, and so beautifully executed. Many amazing talents brought the quirky and charming London Town of St. Crispians to life. I loved getting to help in a few small ways - see previous post!

Tonight has been highly anticipated all summer!!!! I get to go to a big event for Emma M Lion @emmalionandco and travel back in time into the world of St. Crispian’s London 1880s with fellow Emma super fans. I can’t wait to share all the things I designed, it’s been a blast being a small part of the creative team for this event. Emma has been my personality the last few years. If you haven’t read The Unselected Journals of Emma M Lion, you absolutely must. The audio books are marvelous too!
